Ingredients

  • ½ cup (115 grams) unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste

Directions

Add the ingredients to a small food processor and pulse until well combined (or mix everything together in a bowl). Adjust seasoning to taste.
