Ingredients
- ½ cup (115 grams) unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
