Ingredients
- 6 ounces (170 grams) hot-smoked salmon or lox, flaked or torn into pieces
- 5 ounces (140 grams) mascarpone
- 4 ounces (115 grams) full-fat ricotta
- ¼ cup (5 grams) fresh dill fronds
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- Grated zest of 1 lemon, plus some juice
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth. (Or finely chop the salmon and mix the ingredients together in a bowl.)
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a generous squeeze of lemon juice.
