Gorgonzola Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz gorgonzola
- 7 Tbsp butter
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp Cognac
Directions
Chop the gorgonzola and butter and put both in a pan with the cream. Splash with the cognac. Place over very low heat and with a wooden spoon work the mixture for a few minutes until you have a smooth cream.
